Should the client choose to terminate the agreement, the client remains responsible for payment of any work completed or costs incurred up to the date of termination. 8. Limitation of Liability

Conversion Consultants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any service agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
